Where can I see your clients' projects?
Who is responsible for assembling delivered furniture and sets?
The customer assembles the furniture themselves, so we recommend finding an experienced team of assemblers. We provide detailed instructions with the shipped goods, and our managers are always available to help you with any questions that may arise.
What if the dimensions of the manufactured furniture do not fit?
All kitchens and storage systems are manufactured according to approved drawings. Before manufacturing, we also prepare 3D models to accurately convey all the design nuances and ensure that the furniture will fit harmoniously into the interior. In addition, before shipping the goods, a test assembly is carried out at the factory. Our managers are personally present at the inspection and record the entire process for the client. Just in case, we also send fillers for kitchens and wardrobes (about 6 cm) so that in case of measurement errors, you can adjust the furniture to your space.
What kind of furniture fitting is used?
We offer two options: furniture fittings from the world-renowned brand Blum or from our trusted Chinese manufacturers.
Who takes preliminary measurements of the room?
Taking measurements is a very important and responsible step that should be entrusted to a professional: your designer or architect. After that, we will prepare drawings of the future furniture with the appropriate parameters.
Will I be able to return the deposit if I have already paid it to the manufacturer and changed my mind?
Chinese manufacturers do not return the deposit after you have already paid it. Therefore, if you decide to cancel the order or place it in another factory, unfortunately, you will lose the money you paid.
What should I do if I receive damaged furniture?
If our managers did not see the defect during the quality check, or the damage occurred during the loading of the container, we offer the client two options to choose from: we will send another copy of the damaged item absolutely free of charge, or we will refund you the full cost of the product.
