Deposit payment

Once you decide to work with us and sign the contract, an initial deposit is required to start your project.

The minimum deposit for an online order is $2,000, while the minimum deposit for a furniture tour is $5,000. This deposit is later deducted from the total order amount.

You can make the payment using one of the following methods:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer to the company bank account

After the deposit is received, we assign you a personal assistant who supports you throughout the entire purchasing journey, whether you choose online shopping or an on-site furniture tour. Once the selection process is completed, a 50% payment of the product cost is required to place the order.

Order payment process

• Upon signing the contract, pay $2,000 via bank transfer or PayPal to begin an online selection, or $5,000 to book a furniture tour.
• When placing orders with factories, pay 50% of the total cost of the selected items, either by bank transfer or directly in cash at our office or at the factory.
• After quality control and before shipment, transfer the remaining 50% of the order amount to our bank account.
• Transfer the cost of shipment and customs clearance in China to the company’s bank account.
• Pay for customs clearance and local delivery in the destination country directly to the responsible organizations.
